Luxembourg is a small country in Europe with borders on Belgium, France and Germany.
The capital Luxembourg City is one of the administrative seats of the European Union. The city center is located on a mountain and is surrounded by rocks. Highly recommended is the Neumünster Abbey and its green surroundings.
- I have used and can recommend the Lonely Planet Guide for Europe.
- Luxembourg is very small and a day trip is enough. It is easy to visit on the way to Belgium.
- We drove by car and visited Luxembourg City. We parked cheap at a Park & Ride and then went by public transport into the city center.
- Since Luxembourg is very expensive, it’s better to day in the neighboring countries.
